  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or custom-made are non-refundable.

  • A photo (if the item is damaged)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue, and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
